We visit hear once a week or we used to cause this last experience. The server took 5 minutes before she greeted us. Took another 5 minutes taking another tables order which was at least 10 minutes before we got drinks. Ordered apps which came out with the meal. Manager came after billed was played and said oh if you wouldn't have paid the bill. We will now be driving to Colorado, Springs for out dining experience.

Went there for Father's day, got the chicken fajitas and a few beers. Food was amazing and piping hot. Excellent service from my female waitress Jessy. Might wanna ask for her by name 😘 Left a big tip for this beautiful little sweetheart. Applebee's is usually pretty standard but this particular experience was exceptional!

I ordered the small 6oz steak and had to send it back because it was so darn tuff. By the time I got my steak I was completely done with the rest of my meal. The waitress apologized several times, which it was not her fault. She took the steak off our bill, plus gave us a discount on top of that. Don't think we'll be going back for a while. Other than that it was great service

Stopped by Thursday July 25th around 6:30 pm Was greeted with nice smiles and immediate service. However I ordered chicken lime nachos and a Cesar salad along with a patron margarita only to leave the restaurant in complete devastation. Halfway finishing my nachos, I notice a piece of hair in my food. I politely let the bartender know (I was sitting at the bar) and in shame the bartender took my plate to the kitchen to notify the cook and manager. She returned and apologized and offered to remove my nachos from my bill. However I was really enjoying the nachos so I requested for another plate (preferably without hair). Then the manager personally brought my new plate to me. About four bites into my dinner, I notice ANOTHER hair! Which I notified the bartender again! The manager was no where to be found to speak to after I returned the plate to the kitchen. I will not return and I DO NOT suggest anyone to go to this restaurant! I asked to pay for my salad and beverage and just left (still hungry).

Seems to be some serious issues with this location. We went there for dinner last night for what will be the very last time. We've endured long waits and cold food three times in a row. In one case there was absolutely no meat in the cold brisket tacos I ordered. I could continue to voice my displeasure about this place but won't waste any more of my time. I will say that I hope they go under and another, better restaurant takes over the building.
